Responsible gambling
Gambling should stay entertainment. If it starts to feel like more than that, the tools and support below are free, confidential and one message away.
Signs it is becoming a problem
- Spending more than you planned, or chasing losses to win them back.
- Borrowing money, or gambling with funds meant for bills.
- Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not gambling.
Tools to stay in control
Every casino we list offers built-in controls. Set a deposit limit before you start, use a cooling-off period when you need a break, and reach for self-exclusion if you need to stop entirely. These tools are free and take moments to switch on in the cashier or account settings.
Provincial self-exclusion
Regulated provinces run their own self-exclusion programs, such as iGaming Ontario's, which block your access to licensed sites for a period you choose. Contact your provincial regulator or the helpline below to enrol.
